Following on from the highly successful conference at York St John University in May 2017 we would like to invite you to the next event of the UK Inclusive Practice Network to be held in the Chancellor’s Hall, University of Wolverhampton on Wednesday 13th December.

We are delighted to announce that Geoff Layer, Vice-Chancellor at Wolverhampton and the Chair of the disabled students’ sector leadership group on inclusive teaching and learning will be one of the speakers.

As requested by conference delegates the event will focus mainly on sharing practice and networking. The draft programme for the event is below. We need 8 speakers to give a short 15 minute presentation on their current initiatives with Q&A.

Discussions will include:

  • The 3 strands of developing inclusivity: raising awareness, embedding standards and involving students

  • Creating an inclusive practice culture and the challenges of institution wide change

Please fill in this form if you wish to attend and indicate if you would be willing to speak. Please return the form to mkwra@hotmail.com  The event will be limited to approximately 50 delegates so book as soon as possible. There will be a small charge for attending the event of £50.
